Mixed Operations (MO) is a production company team of mixed people producing diverse motion picture films, television and web series with social justice themes.

Mixed Operations is led by Jewish and BIPOC Writer, Actress and Filmmaker Anike Tourse and operates in partnership between artists, activists and community members. As BIPOC artists often lack access and visibility, Mixed Operations has a mentorship driven culture and builds projects with casts and crews that are a majority people of color.
