Company Credo (Or how we do what we do…)

1. Representation – We work with diverse teams that cover every facet of production. Our teams are majority people of color.
2. Resistance – We see resistance as two-fold; resistance to oppression and resistance to creativity. We do not resist the resistance; we work with it instead.
3. Rigorous work ethic – We have high, exacting standards that we do not compromise. Our commitment is reflected in the high production value and integrity of our artistry.
4. Resources – Whatever we can’t find we make, whatever we can’t make we find. We don’t get distracted by limitations and when we need help we ask for it.
5. Resilience – We understand that sustainability requires endurance. We care for our bodies and minds so that we can maintain our bounce-back-ability.
6. Rest  – We don’t work non-stop. We know that we need rest to see the big picture of what we are doing. We value solitude and time with friends and family to restore.
7. Risk Taking – We look at failure as development. Some things work, some things don’t; all of it goes into the process of creating moving, impactful social-artistic work.
8. Relationships & Community – We work in partnership between artists, community members and activists. This collaboration strengthens our artistic work and impact.   
9. Reverence – we maintain a reverence for the Creative Source, process, synergy. and “messages” (wherever they come from) that fuel the artistic sensibility in our work.  
10. Realization – We follow through all the way to completion. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, our projects and productions have a beginning, middle and end.
